The newly designed Podium Press House is located in a prime location near Alexanderplatz in Berlin, blending historic architecture with the most modern interior design. The Office Group has created an inspiring workspace concept across seven floors in this outstanding building, ranging from individual workstations to complete office floors. In addition to the work areas, the building also offers fitness rooms, showers, a café, and kitchen areas with professional barista equipment. Numerous lounges and meeting rooms provide additional space for creativity and collaboration. A special oasis is the outdoor terrace, inviting for relaxing breaks under the open sky.

The impressive glass façade of the Podium Press House not only provides maximum natural light but also offers spectacular views over Berlin. The carefully selected furnishings impress with their high quality and exclusive design, specially developed for this project. Warm colors dominate the color palette and harmonize perfectly with the high-quality furniture made of pine wood and cork. At the same time, accents of steel and glass set modern, urban highlights.

kpc GmbH was responsible for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the kitchen, the bar system on the ground floor, and the fitted kitchen on the 5th floor, including associated furniture and fittings.

Upon entering the building, the impressive bar in the lobby immediately catches the eye.

The centerpiece of this bar is the custom-made display case by Prisma This showcase is not only a visual highlight but also demonstrates how functionality and design can go hand in hand. With a chilled and a neutral side, it offers innovative presentation and storage options, representing a perfect symbiosis of style, elegance, and functionality. The option for lighting and the pull-out drawer on the operator side are additional special features.

What makes this bar particularly special is the seamless integration of state-of-the-art commercial kitchen technology into an aesthetically sophisticated design. Through careful planning and high-quality execution, the technical elements blend seamlessly into the challenging aesthetic design. High-quality appliances are integrated into the bar in such a way that they not only work efficiently but also enhance the overall appearance of the space. This demonstrates that commercial kitchen technology and sophisticated design are not contradictory but can coexist in perfect harmony.
